NARVA Effective in early 2015 ADR38/04 specifies that all new trailers have either Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) or an Electronic Brake System (EBS) to automatically adjust the brakes. EBS trailer cable is manufactured to the international standard ISO4141. In keeping with the ISO standard the outer sheath is 1mm thick with a polyvinyl-chloride (V90PVC) insulation. The 7 core cable includes two white twisted data cables with a green or brown trace.
