NARVA Heavy-duty plugs and sockets are manufactured in accordance with the current SAEJ560standards and thereby meet Australian standard AS 4735-2003 for heavy-duty connectors.Made in the USA the connectors are rated at 40 amp continuous duty and are interchangeablewith all other SAEJ560 plugs and sockets. Features

• The earth terminal (Pin No. 1) is self-grounding (die cast only), has a peak rating of 70 amps and will accept wire sizes from 4.8mm2
• The terminals inside the connectors are electro-plated solid brass to ensure minimal voltage drop and protection against corrosion.
• Special weatherbeater internal seal to prevent water ingress and a spring guard provides extra cable protection near the plug.
• The sockets are available in die-cast aluminium or nylon and supplied with a heavy-duty rubber boot as standard.
